Terms of use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you download or use Dulo IPTV (“Dulo”, “the app”) on iPhone or iPad. By using the app you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.
A player with no content
Dulo is a media player. It doesn't include, sell, host or point to any channels, films, series or playlists, and we have no link with any IPTV provider. To watch anything, you add a playlist from a service you subscribe to, with the Xtream Codes login or M3U link it gave you. You need a legal subscription for that.
Your responsibility for what you play
You are responsible for the playlists you add and for everything you play with them. Only use services you have the right to use, and respect the copyright and other laws that apply where you live. We don't control, check or endorse what any provider streams, and we can't fix problems on the provider's side such as missing channels, expired accounts or servers that are down.
Free and Extra Butter
Dulo is free to use with one playlist and with ads. Extra Butter, an optional subscription, adds unlimited playlists, lets you create combos and removes all ads. Combos you created stay usable if Extra Butter ends. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country. What Extra Butter includes may change over time; the current benefits are always described before you subscribe.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Extra Butter is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that end. If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its terms are shown before you confirm, and any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel Extra Butter in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Extra Butter until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. On a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore purchases in Settings.
Fair use
Please use Dulo for personal, non-commercial viewing. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, don't try to bypass its purchases or ads, and don't use it to break the law or to harm others. We may change, suspend or stop features of the app at any time.
Apple's standard EULA
Dulo is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies together with these terms. If the two differ on a point the EULA covers, the EULA prevails. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and claims about the app are ours to handle, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
No warranty
Dulo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will work with every provider, stream, format or device. Playback, the TV guide and catch-up depend on your provider and your connection, which we don't control. Where the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost data, or for anything related to your provider's content or service. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to what you paid for Extra Butter in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Dulo after an update, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, you can stop using the app and cancel Extra Butter at any time.
